Founding Partner, Finance & Strategy
Albert brings over 20 years of professional experience working with Fortune 500 companies and running operations for investment management firms. As former Vice President of Finance at MD Sass, a New York investment management firm overseeing portfolios of more than $16 billion, he developed the financial acumen and governance standards that now define NAH's approach.
Throughout his career, Albert has served in trusted financial roles at Deloitte & Touche, UBS Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank, and CIT. He has applied this institutional experience to real estate, having purchased, sold, renovated, leased, and managed nearly 1,000 homes for large investors, individual owners, and his own portfolio.
At NAH, Albert oversees financial modeling, pricing strategy, business development, and the disciplined governance that sophisticated investors expect.
Founding Partner, Operations & Growth
Gorken led operational transformation across a diversified investment and real estate platform, with responsibility spanning asset management, property operations, tenant relations, and internal systems. He focused on strengthening fundamentals, improving transparency, and aligning people, process, and technology to protect assets and enable disciplined growth.
Earlier, he built and led global operations across the US, Europe, and Asia, overseeing cross-functional teams and complex supply chains while maintaining a disciplined, customer-first operating model. His work emphasized operational clarity, thoughtful scale, and long-term resilience.
At NAH, Gorken oversees systems architecture, automation, CRM strategy, and marketing infrastructure, delivering institutional-quality property management through clear processes, proactive communication, and technology that enhances human judgment.
